The security of the holiday makers, the control of the authorised access of persons and cars in the settlement is guaranteed for 24 hours by professional security company. The near location to main highway provides easy catering and services to the complex and the adjacent of the beach strip and the town of Nessebar allow not to use cars by the holiday makers when they need services and that are being offered in Nessebar and Sunny each as resorts.

Разполага с голям басейн с воден бар, магазини, ресторанти, фитнес зала, панорамни асансьори, паркинг. Охранява се целогодишно от специлизирана фирма за охрана.
