Village of Muhovo is situated 22 km northeast the town of Ihtiman
in the western part of Sredna Gora Mountain. This is a small
(about 90 residents) village perched on eastern slope and the
banks of damp Topolnitsa. Some 3 km away from the village via an
asphalt road one reaches the hamlet of Lyubnitsa. In this hamlet
an old mountain house is offered for sale. The house which has
80 sq m total area over two floors was built from local stones,
bricks and timber. The cottage is embedded into the landscape
and consists of 2 rooms on the ground and another 2 rooms and
