The plot is situated in Tabyata locality, Balchik town, between two golf - courses Black sea rama and Light house. The road to the plots from the main road to Kawarna is now under construction from the owners of the golf.
The water supply will be connected to the municipality owned water supply main pipe where will be connected the bigger golf resort. There is no purification plant for the area at present, but the geological report says that local purification plant could be build there. The electricity will be also connected to the national electricity company network not far from the plots.
At present the procedure of changing the status of the land from agricultural to non agricultural is all ready started. The land will be converted into building land category “Жм” / do not know what that means, but it is the best category which could be/ with the following regular liabilities for constructing :
• Coefficient of intensity 1, 2
• Foot step of the building 50%
• Green parts 40%
• Height 10m. / 3 storey buildings + garret /
Between the two golf resorts is a road on the plans for the area which the owners of the plots could use to get to the cliff and according to the general plan of the area to the sea beach.
