An alchoholic factory, very near to the second bigest city in Bulgaria, Plovdiv, is looking for a co - partner (investor on 50% shares of the factory)with a right to rule the business. The cost of 50% of the property is 1 150 000 Euros (possibility for 100% sale of shares). The facility has a capacity of 4143 sq. m. base and production base 1000 sq. m.

In connection with newfound outside markets and customers of the company in Turkey, China, Indonesia, Iraq, Korea, Greece, Israel, Cyprus the company has fallen into an impossibility to fulfil the orders on terms due to a fiscal deficit / financial difficulties. Because of that reason, we believe that investments from distilleries/companies abroad will be most suitable way for us to continue move further.
