The house has one floor where a big patio is facing the garden (south). It has 5 rooms that could be done as a kitchen with dining room, living room and two bedrooms. There is no flooring done at this stage. The toilet now is outside, but there is a service room that could be done as a bathroom with WC. There are no balconies because it is on ground floor. The window framing is wooden, old and needs renovation.
The house is at the end of the village in tranquil and calm nature surroundings. The panorama is brethtaking overlooking the Balkan Mountains. There is a dam just 1 km away from the house that is suitable for fishing. They are building Golf Course nearby in the outskirts of Byala. There are being taken safari groups to experience the mountain.
In the villige they have a school and a church. They even have a brand new Horse Stables where people can take a course in riding. It is just 10 km away from the sandy beaches of Byala and Obzor.
