It is built in 2001 on the first line on the beach. On the ground floor there is a corridor, kitchen, living room, a bathroom with WC. On the first floor thre are 2 huge bedrooms, which have access to a common terrace, a bathroom with WC. The house is tiled, it has underfloor heating and a fireplace. In the yard which is just 40sq. m there is a BBQ area and some planted grape trees. The whole property is surrounded by grape trees. The area do not have a drain system yet, but has a special tanks for the dirty water(Septic tank). The hause is all in PVC window frames, as well as the fron door. The windows are double glazed. The internal doors are wooden. There is satelite TV.
